President
Nicole Elias Seawell serves as the fifth President of the Foundation. Nicole is married to Marjorie Beaird Seawell’s son, Malcolm Seawell, and resides in Colorado with Malcolm and their three sons. She has served nine years on the Foundation Board of Directors and recently served six years as Vice President of the Foundation.
Nicole is a recognized life coach, estates attorney and productivity guru with a BS cum laude in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania. Nicole created Sailor’s Sweet Life to coach individuals, families and teams to thrive with her unmatched ability to assimilate information quickly, assess a situation effectively, and seamlessly respond with practical solutions while always looking at present and forward. Nicole also brings her exceptional legal skills and passion for helping families by counseling individuals and couples to create estate and guardianship plans honoring their values and desires at the Law Offices of Malcolm B. Seawell, P.C.
Nicole is passionate about helping and supporting others by sharing the best of information, education and opportunity and is excited to contribute her skills and passions to the leadership of the Beaird Family Foundation.
